Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin

For ten years Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin has been spreading their cutesy indie-pop across the globe. Recently headlining a Russian music festival in honor of their namesake marks another country off the increasing list. The band’s attractive presence is sharpened by their lo-fi, melodic tunes and quirky demeanor. Phil Dickey’s bouncy, passionate vocals highlight his tongue-in-cheek lyricism. Jonathan and Will’s tight harmonies are framed within twinkly guitars and funky builds.

Their 6th studio album,”Fly By Wire”, marks a new, softer path for the band with departure of member John Robert Cardwell. Their line-up may have changed, but the sound they produce is as contagious as ever.
