Seafoam Walls
About the band
Seafoam Walls started in a bedroom in 2014. The project served as an intangible safe space to explore one’s self and surroundings. The compositions tend to explore themes that involve identity, philosophy, and experiences within today’s social constructs. Seafoam green is the preferred hue for the band. The name implies that one is surrounded by walls of seafoam green. The concept acts as a sort of pseudo-chromotherapy and suggests that the mood is improved when one is alone with their thoughts in a room the color of seafoam green. The band blends elements of hip-hop, jazz, shoegaze, and indie rock to create a sound unlike any other.
