I Feel Fine
About the band
Having exploded onto the scene in 2018 with a rousing blend of emo, punk and math-rock, Brighton’s I Feel Fine return with their first full-length album. ‘The Cold in Every Shelter’ is a beautifully honest and heart-swelling set that displays an incredible knack for writing intricate, technically-minded rock music.
With super-strength hooks and the quartet’s distinctively warming gang-vocal delivery, I Feel Fine tastefully pay homage to some of the genre’s best (think Crash of Rhinos, The Appleseed Cast and Algernon Cadwallader), but not without also looking toward new and fresh textures. Here they introduce post-rock dynamics, subtle orchestral swirls and alt-country inflections, all whilst retaining the high energy and joyful euphoria of their live shows.
‘The Cold in Every Shelter’ was released on September 10th via Venn Records (UK), Refresh Records (US), Friend Of Mine (Japan), Midsummer Records (Germany), Pundonor Records (Spain), K-Nardage Asso (France) and Smithsfoodgroup DIY (Netherlands).
