Nathaniel Rateliff

Nathaniel Rateliff is a singer-songwriter from Missouri. Working closely with guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Joseph Pope III, the band creates personal, experiential folk rock. Their slow, building tunes are deeply rooted in Missouri folk. Currently residing in Denver, CO, Rateliff has done solo shows and projects as diverse as Soul/Doo Wop group: the Night Sweats. His massive, alt-pop voice grabs hold and swoons over whatever instrumentation he chooses.

Recent record, “Falling Faster than you Can Run” was released in secret at the end of 2013 on Mod y Voi records. It finds Rateliff at his most vulnerable and most promising; filled with dense, personable lyricism and a booming vocal effort. Content with participating in music of any genre, Nathaniel Rateliff is guaranteed to succeed at every one.
