The Wild Family

The Wild Family is a young melodic rock/folk four-piece stationed in Chicago, IL. From the onset, they showed their experimental side, stepping away from the familiar twang towards a textured introduction. On the search for music that is truly The Wild Family, they transfer from noisy punk riffs to finger-picking folk. Always melodic, dual lead singers change the feel of each song; Graham’s low, soothing voice handles the bulk of the vocal work while the brothers Schweitzer add a modern, punkier tone to their youthful sound.

Friendly and generally soft-spoken, the band has played bars and clubs all over Chicago and are slowly moving up to larger venues. Releasing their self-titled debut EP on February 4th sets in stone The Wild Family’s promising future.
