Phebe Starr is an Australian-born songwriter who currently resides in LA. She writes gorgeously ethereal songs about personal loss set to a downtempo electronic beat. By incorporating vast, layered soundscapes and experimental vocal distortion, Starr molds otherwise tragic stories into beautiful, melodic productions.
