It was an honor to behold London-born artist, curator, broadcaster, and lecturer's Nabihah Iqbal live performance of "This World Couldn't See Us" and "Closer Lover'' off her 2023 album, 'DREAMER'! One of Nabihah's most raw and reflective works to date, 'DREAMER' arrived at a pivotal time for Nabihah who has made her prolific output seem effortless. Nabihah boasts accolades including collaborating with Zhang Ding, collaborating with Wolfgang Tillmans as part of his Tate Modern exhibition, contributing to Serpentine's recent book '140 Artist' ideas for Planet Earth,' and hosting radio shows on NTS and BBC networks - to name a few! Filmed at Chicago's Marie's Pizza and Liquors, Nabihah showcases the shoegaze side of 'DREAMER,' featuring Nabihah’s gossamer vocals alongside her band's post-punk beats and warm baselines.
