Survay Says!

Survay Says! are a New Jersey pop punk and ska band. They’re easily categorized by clean upstrokes and a dynamic horn section into ska, but incorporate heavier sections to show their hardcore punk influence. The band basically lives in a van, touring across the US on 200 extremely energetic shows a year. They play everywhere from VFW’s to bowling alleys to concert venues to crews of dedicated fans.

“Observations of the Human Condition” is the band’s most recent effort. It’s an enjoyable, upbeat record with a realistic, cynical perspective on habitual behavior and the inability to change. With tracks like, “Cake Eater”, “This is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things” and “Ode to My Willpower (or Lack Of)” you learn the line between seriousness and humor the band toes. Catch these guys on tour with Reel Big Fish and get to skankin’.
