Chelsea Williams is an experimental indie folk artist whose three piece band uses an array of effected instruments to form their tranquil pieces. Williams herself uses looping equipment to create copies of her gentle, pop-informed voice while the band creates a soundtrack-like textural backdrop for her warm acoustic guitar work.
