Duffle Bag Buru
Hailing from the Southside of Chicago by way of the East African nation of Burundi, Duffle Bag Buru has carved out a throne of his own within the Chicago hip hop scene. His name is derived from both his college hustle of selling self-designed clothes out of a duffle bag and his Burundian heritage. With a total of four albums and two EPs released to the world, it's obvious that Buru's sound puts innovation first, pushing the hip hop genre into new frontiers.
